Accepting Gallery Show Submissions
12th Annual exhibit of our Students work
Welcome to our 12th annual gallery show! We’re excited to receive your submissions.
This is a juried, online exhibit. Those who have attended any of our classes, destination workshops, children/teen camps, had private lessons or have participated in any of our live Zoom or self-paced online courses can participate! The photos will be viewed and judged by our teachers.
The winning images will be on our site for 1 year. There’ll be thousands of people around the globe who will look at and be inspired by your photos. And, like past years, you may even receive some sale inquiries! You can view the 2023 winners here.
Your submitted photos do not have to be from one of our classes/exercises. They will be judged on the emotions that the judges feel, the story the photo emotes and the overall strength of the image.
All winning images will be on our website for 1 year
The images will contain your name, title of the photo and, if you like, a link to your website/social media page
The images will be for sale
If you should sell any of your images, you receive 100% of the sale

guidelines
Fees: 1 - 5 images $35, 6 - 10 images $50
Please send as a jpg (no hard copies accepted) and rename the jpg with a title for example: johnsmiththeredrose.jpg. If you don’t know how to rename the jpg please include the title of each photo in the submission email
Mindy, Charles, David, Julie, Ocie and Stacey (the teachers) will review and judge all submissions. Please note: there is no guarantee that any of your photos will be chosen. The more images you submit, however, the greater the chance that one or more will be included.

frequently asked questions
I’m a complete beginner – can I submit?
Yes! As long as you’ve taken one of our classes, you are eligible. Last year we had beginners and professionals in the show. If you don’t submit, you’ll never know if you’ll get in!
How do I know if my photos are good enough?
Did you shoot them from your heart? Do you enjoy looking at the image, do your friends and family give you good feedback? If you answered yes to any of these questions, your images are strong enough to submit.
I took a class a few years ago. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! There is no time frame of when you took a class.
Will you be offering any editing classes before the deadline?
Yes! Private lessons to learn how to edit are available.
Will you be offering portfolio reviews so I can get feedback on my images?
Yes, we are available for portfolio reviews. Please keep in mind though, that that does not guarantee you will be in the show. The images will be judged by 6 people, each with very independent opinions.
I was in the show last year. Can I participate again?
Absolutely! We are eager to see your new images.
